Web Request is part of MicroMain Corporation’s Maintenance Management suite of products. With Web Request, anyone in your facility can submit a work request and check its status from a remote location using a web browser.
Web Request performs three basic functions:
Logging into MicroMain from a browser. Any web browser can be used to connect to Web Request, with the URL provided by the Web Request administrator.
Submitting work requests to the MicroMain database and creating new work orders. When you submit a work request using Web Request, it automatically creates a new work order in the MicroMain database, where it is ready to be assigned and issued to an employee in your maintenance department with Maintenance Management.
Viewing the current status of the work orders created in MicroMain Maintenance Management. Using an Email to identify who submitted a Web Request, you can view the status of the work orders. Web Request allows you to check the updated status of all of your work requests at any time.
