The Work Order Report page is used to view detailed information from a single submitted work request. You cannot edit work request information using the controls on this page, but you can use the print controls on your browser to print it.
To open the Work Order Report page, click View Status from the left navigation pane of Web Request, then click the WorkOrder Number in the left column of the Work Request Details page.

Number assigned to the work order in MicroMain Management. |
Requester |
Name of the individual, or company, that requested the maintenance. |
Email address of the requester. |

Property |
Primary work order location information. This is the primary location of the asset assigned to the work order. |
Building |
Detailed description of the work order. |
Asset |
Name of the area, equipment, or vehicle asset assigned to the work order. Maintenance is performed on assets. |
Location |
Detailed location of the asset. |
Service |
Brief description of the performed maintenance. |
Status |
Current status of the work order: "Requested," "Open," "Hold," "Completed," or "Canceled." See Maintenance Management documentation for a description of work order status. |
Due |
Planned date of completion for the work order.
NOTE: By default, Web Request work orders are due on the date that they are submitted. |
Substatus |
Extended status of the work order. |
Priority |
Priority assigned to the work order.
NOTE: For user-defined Services, the work order Priority is "2." |
Description |
Description of the service which needs to be performed. |
Comments |
Updated comments from a MicroMain user regarding the work order. |
