Use the controls on the Work Order Status Page to search for work orders generated by requests you previously submitted. The results of the search will give basic information concerning the work orders. You can access more detailed information on a work order by clicking the work order's number, which is a link to the Work Order Report page.
To open the Work Order Report page, click View Status on the Web Request menu.
